At BizSetups Consulting Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide the best business setup and consulting services. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel a service or request a refund. Our policies are outlined below:

1. Cancellation Policy

Service-Based Cancellation:

  • Clients may request a cancellation within 2-3 days of placing an order.
  • Cancellations after this period may be subject to administrative fees or partial service charges.

Non-Cancellable Services:

  • Once we have initiated legal filings, registrations, or government processing, cancellation is not possible.
  • Customized or advisory services, once started, cannot be canceled.

How to Request a Cancellation?

  • Email us at info@bizsetups.com with your order details.
  • Our support team will process the request within 3-4 business days.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • If a cancellation is approved before work begins, a full refund will be issued.
  • If partial services have been rendered, a prorated refund will be processed.
  • No refunds will be provided once the full service has been delivered.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Government fees, taxes, and third-party processing charges are non-refundable.
  • If the delay or rejection of a service is due to incorrect/incomplete information provided by the client, no refund will be issued.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 4-6 business days via the original payment method.
